Major decisions change the course of lives in every way

But we are the Captain of the ship of our lives every single day

 
Head north, east, west or south? It’s a blessing or curse… 

Good one or bad one? For better or for worse?

One fine day a major crossroad happened to me

My wife-to-be could not go along to Hawaii

 
So I asked to have my orders cancelled and instead the Air Force sent us to Japan

Some friends thought I was crazy; but after 28 years it's been just grand!

Yes, every now and then I think about how life would be had I gone another way

I have been to Hawaii a few times now, it’s beautiful, but without her it’s "just OK"

Why ponder about “What if’s” if we lived with good health and had lots of fun?

It's that demon inside us that tries to remind us about what we “coulda” done.

Well, I could talk about this all day and go on and on.

But I must excuse myself

I made a MAJOR decision

I am going to the john!
