We go through life but we cannot stop this aging process which can be a blessing or a curse.
Still, if we don't take care of ourselves this temporary shell can turn out for the worst.
We must get tune-ups and pamper ourselves like we would if restoring an old antique car
If neglected, it may run for a spell but it may not get us very far.
We must be thankful if we are seniors and have a limited amount aches and pains.
Alas, we must live life to the fullest for we never know how much remains!

Unfortunately, this year I had to quit driving and convert my van so that others can listen to me as a passenger side front seat backseat driver… Groan. ;-)
