At All Times You Matter
Every day comes and goes
Even with this earthly chatter
From your head to your toes
At all times you matter.
Even when a loved one goes
No longer in your life
Surrounded by awful foes
Sorrow cutting like a knife.
When it seems you can’t go on
If you’re madder than a hatter
No faith left to depend on
You still truly , truly matter.
When no one’s there with a hug
No one to say “I love you”
No matter how deep the hole you’ve dug
There is a way to get through.
Because at all times you matter
To God’s Angels all around
Hear bare feet pitter patter
The flap of wings a holy sound.
Now just believe it’s true
Feel the love flowing through
It’s all there just for you
Just believe in God. He’s pretty cool.
To Him you always matter !!
