Pablo Neruda (1904-1973) was a chilean poet and Nobel literature laureate which touched my soul with one powerful line, "can write the saddest verses tonight..."
Then I read our own Joyce E. Bowling's "Lucky" which all of you should read too, because it is no crime more abhorrent that to inflict abuse upon a child. Please, read "Lucky"
A powerful write my friend, you know the bible speaks about those who harm God's little one's...I personally think that there is a special place in hell reserved especially for them...I can't understand how any human can hurt or harm a child! Sick world! Thank you for your enouraging others to read my poem "Lucky" This was one of the hardest and harshest realities to think that a mother would strave her child! I too enjoy Pablo Neruda...I agree with the others, this is one of his strongest writes...
