Good. This is what poetry was defined as- long ago. It is spontaneous outpouring of strongly felt emotions. Your heart is in the right place. I liked the sentiment.

I felt this one and brought back chilling and painfully sad memories of my own fathers funeral who was also a vet, when they played the last post and folded the flag it was if a part of me had died as well. Great capture of raw emotions.
