MERCY
What is the best that one can do? what satisfies the soul?
Some say, to feel intense, intensity, is man's, real goal.
The words imply, the very best, but can conjure, evil too
and I'm convinced there's one thing, that exemplifies,
the very best of me, and of you.
It's not to feel emotion, or some physical, or mental, high,
but rather, showing, MERCY, is the ultimate act,
that does our sinful nature, openly defy
For Mercy, is the very thing that God had to have,
to bring about, mankind's, victory.
And MERCY is the very trait, that in us, He wants to see.
For it encompasses forgiveness, requires love, and compassion,
it never seeks self glory, but shows, honor to our Lord
and proves, humility
For, only with a broken and humble heart, can we approach
His Heavenly throne, and ONLY thru His MERCY
can we, from our sinful, hateful, nature, ever be, truly,
set FREE!!

Mercy is generated by suffering...How Father God loves us, and proved it, in Christ's Crucifixion for humanity's sake, as a way to bring His creation back to Himself, that they might not perish, but have the everlasting life He intended for them, from the Beginning. Man's sin still separates him from His Creator, but our Merciful Father has given him the way back - through Jesus Christ!
His Mercy continues, in those who partake of His suffering on earth -
but one day soon, we shall also share His glory! Come LORD Jesus!
