When I feel a sense of wander,
'neath shadows with all my might,
I sense the world primeval,
searching for beauty in the night.

Wonderful, and having just returned from a little sojourn in the wood to experience 'the world primeval' one more time, I can truly relate.
Experiences like this these days help me keep my sanity.

Vampires, zombies, and evil spirits love the cover of the night.
But I don't think you are any of those. You sound like an ordinary
romantic stalker. You probably won't get more than 1 to 3 years jail time when they catch you. :)

Very much touched by this! It's so beautiful. One of your best works that I know of. Makes me long to wander in endless dark woods, by the light of the moon and the stars, gripped by senses of excitement, fantasy and mild fearfulness, and forgetting that I'm human, spiritually morphing into different animal shapes. ...regardless what's happening in your emotional life...your
vision of the "Beauty in the Night" seems to have the redeeming
and delightful powers...With the "Beauty in the Night" you're
at the end of the problem...."right time" to handle whatever it is
that seems so impossible to accept...deal with...any other time
...giving solution!...Only that...

Thank you Ron, for sharing your exceptional writing...so uplifting
in the morning...on the mourning Sunday...World in mourning time...after the "terrible human tragedy" happening in the eastern Ukraine..and questions raised...What's the World coming to?! ...Expecting answers?!...without getting a bit extreme about own opinions?!...ponder on an individual choices and how they affect everybody's life..."You cannot teach a man anything, you can only help him to find it within himself"...Cheer up!
