I find it strange that there are uproars and outcries over loss of privacy when the TSA seeks to protect us yet we don't think twice about putting our most private selves out "there." Pure irony, it is!

I still don't know much about the cloud; I hear about it; people talk about it; but I have put nothing into the cloud yet. This poem is a real eye-opener as to what is going on. I guess my head is "in the clouds". John

It didn't creep up on those aware. Especially those who study Eschatology. If you use a Kindle, a Fire HD10 5th generation (as I do), a Nook, etc. and you've downloaded a book, a movie, a TV Series, etc., it's all stored in the cloud. That way if your device fails you don't lose your purchases. That's the good part. In the shadows, however, it's another powerful control mechanism for the emerging New World Order; another part of the IOT - the 'internet of things'. Nowadays anything consumed outside a computers firewall is 'in the cloud.'

Rhyming is always difficult and rhyming with meaning and interest is an art. Congratulations. The cloud still scares me, though I feel I have little to hide. Will it cause an audit at tax time because I didn't vote the cloud's candidate? Will it bring an official to my door to take my personal weapon and concealed carry permit? Will it bring flocks to my door after an EMP because I wrote a prepping article? Maybe I would just like a large overhead overcast to cover instead of this strange cloud. Like the poem and subject, Ron.

Got me thinking Ron. Here in SW Scotland we certainly know what cloud is. So why not a poem about Sunshine; we don't know about that conception., Anyway loved the scanning and the images it brought to mind. You wordsmith you. Perhaps President Elect Trump might need you in government to give them some lateral thinking. Much needed.

Whether religious or secular in one's belief, there is a simplicity of wisdom here, laid out in simple terms that makes one consider his or her attitude toward clouds. I have always been a fan, whether in NY, Boston or Oregon. Can't say much for LA, as the seemingly year round sun is supposed to be a utopia for living, but is quite arguable. Fine write here, Ron.
