So much grief
And seasons of missing you
I ache for the loss of you every day
The desire to set the world right again
Is clouded by the fact that…
I cannot dig deep enough
Into the depths of my being
To find the nobleness
I imagined myself to possess
And the ability to leave
This righteous anger behind
Even knowing better
In this, I do not know how
To do or be better
So though we may both arrive
At the end of our days
With this cancer between us—
I have and always will love you
And be glad that on October 24, 1962

I just had to follow through~ The gift sounds so precious as is the love for your sister here. Sometimes, I feel there are no right or wrong answers...but two minds can continue to conform and respect, regardless of the nobleness withing righteousness, it's called, I think...unconditional love, to which this "Seasons of Missing You" clearly shows! My hat is off to you and I am so glad I asked about your gift! Your sister still is a very big part of your soul and I pray that these two souls meet in the middle, to continue memories and overcome the "cancer" with positive attitudes and the will to be and live together!
