Three girls and one boy

Poem Artwork

These babies can live long
when they are well nourished
and loved by the entire family.

Oh boy did it take family to
catch my brother when he
realized he could walk.

Six years old in this picture he is,
we would run though corn fields
while he would hide in the dog fennel.

We would call out his name
he was lots of fun, as a toy he was.
He'd laugh, run again when we where near.

Although he never really talked,
some sounds he would make, we were
very greatful because we may never have
found him when he decided to take off
through the woods.  At 14 years old he was
placed in a special school, he became too strong for any one of us to manage.  He was a baby nomore.  We were sad to see him go.  We understood, although it dosen't seem fair
that our little brother had to go to a place
where he needed to be controlled.  He lived
to be 57, his granite urn is with me and I
know he is an angel with God in heaven with Daddy, Mama and Our Heavenly Father.

Praise the Lord!
