Reflections of yesteryears. Painted in 1983, the year I performed with Lou Rawls on USO show in Camp Humpherys, Korea (K6).

Never again will I be thirty-three
Yet my Angels keep watch over me
Tomorrow I look forward to eight-five
But today I am joyful at sixty-five
Thank God to be alive
While performing His work I am
preparing  my new mansion in the sky.

This is a really nice poem.God bless you.I think it is great that you perform with Lou Rawls.Its too bad he passed away.He was a talented man.One of my favorite songs from him is "You'll never find a love quite like mine".Take care
