That's a winner in my book Sis! We are our very own pilots. A lot of time we spend flying in the wrong direction. Fearless thinking can always give a defferent meaning to our paths if we dare take a different direction. I love this!

I've been on those bumpy, curvy, dangerous roads.
I know life is a rough ride and you're so right one
must "back off from all resentments and claim your
right to contentment...Now approach a smoother road"
Eileen this says a lot in the way you look at life, your
sprituality.

E.T., life is like a relationship, if the relationship is not a good one then; we should hang them up, and if life's relationship with one's self is causing havoc; then, we should make a change in the way we live. You've written a great poem of great advice and I enjoyed it much!

I have many mountains but not white
Beautiful write relationships are like some roads
Very bumpy and many curves but yes get out of that kind
of road and approach a smoother Road!
Excellent your words captured a beautiful imagery and flow

Twirling roads, rocks suddenly sliding your way, rain making all slippery, ice clumping on the windshield, bugs coming at you like small comets, low sun getting on your eyes, thunder tap dancing down the mountain sides.......but that's just life with all its problems.
We should buckle-up and enjoy the drive while doing it not in a recklessly manner but taking all in, the good with the bad and maybe then...we learn something else.
The poem started me going...very well done ET
