As we get older we notice that time seems to fly by. We all have plans of what we want to do and what we should do but our days seems to have less hours than they once had so we have to be carefull to make sure we fit the important things in it, spending time with loved ones and treating others as you wish to be treated. We our family hope you all have a Happy and Healthy New Year.
A New Year Comes
A New Year comes upon us, May it be filled with peace and love. May we always have understanding, For all those whom we love, May we always share a smile, A kind word and help in any way, May we always be there for each other, To help each other through each day.
May we look back through the past year, Be happy with what we've done, Always loving one another, Thinking of the good times and the fun. May we plan the year ahead of us, Including all and so many more, Always reaching out to help, Each person who comes to our door.

Rose--this almost sounds like a prayer. It is lovely. I am so thankful to have met you. And if you hadn't posted that review to Jill's poem, I may never have. Thank you for all you've done this last year. Heres to hoping I can repay just a small debt this year.
To savor all that was and continue dreaming into the future, a wonderful way to be. God bless and hope your new year fills all your dreams and wishes....

Ah dear cuz you are so right. As the years advance on us and our losses of loved ones...friends and family take their toll, all we can do is find a new reason to smile and go on with what our lives are meant to be about. Love and living each day as if it were to be our own last days.

As you have said the elderly have only 15 days in each month it seems so we must make the most of them. Great inspirational poem to start the New Year with and carry it through, loving each other.
