Our eldest son just celebrated his 37th. birthday and were we lucky to take him to Montanas to celebrate his day and the bonus is such a beautiful photo we got of him. Happy birthday Bill. He can kill me tomorrow.
Now Our Grown Man But Always Our Son Written By (Rose Marie Rideout)
It wasn’t that long ago,
When you were just a little child,
You had that certain way dear,
To always share a special smile.
You were a precious gift,
Sent to us from God above,
Here thirty-seven years later,
You’re still a blessing filled with love.
How I remember that day well,
The tears i shed for such a joy.
To know that we were blessed,
Well a beautiful healthy baby boy.
Today you are all grown,
With four children of your own,
I still see you as my infant,
Now a man left to roam.
I still see that little sparkle,
The love you have to share.
You’ll never know how much,
I love you please know we’ll always care.
For you are still as special,
As you were from day one.
You’ll always have that sparkle,
Our grown man but always our precious son.

Wonderful poem to go with a great pic! It is special to have a son to love, and as we know age makes no difference, we mothers always think of them as our boys;-)...ET
Having the pleasure of both you as a first cousin and Freddy as second cousin and to spend time with you all over the past two years I know how much family means to you. Happy birthday to Freddy and congrats to you on raising your little boy into manhood.
Rose, a Mother's love is so special and pure, I loved this poem...it says it all! No matter how old or how big they get we "still" love them like the day they were born. My son is the baby & will always be the baby of our family. He & I had such a wonderful relationship when he was growing up. Those day were great! I loved this.
