Long Gone But Never Forgotten

I was taught a special lesson,
It came from another’s heart,
Wise words shared through wisdom,
That gave my life a brand new start.

Love comes in many stages,
It’s a feeling not a touch that is felt,
Something shared by many,
 It called a love when one can help.

To give of one’s time,
When another needs it so,
To help another’s life glisten,
To make a life of love easily flow.

Long gone but never forgotten,
What one shares from the heart,
Those wise words that make a difference,
For another love relationship to start.

When you say you love another,
It doesn’t mean like a man and wife,
Just that secure feeling,
Of a thankfulness for a better life.

 Helping them to fulfill their dreams of love,
That hopefully will never end.
