He’s resting quietly in a hospital bed,
As all those thoughts go through his head,
It’s hard to relax when stressed and all alone,
With just empty walls inside the home.

It’s easy for another to say,
Just push those thoughts away,
But no one sees those teardrops  weep,
The fighting night without sleep.

Some are stronger in the heart,
Some carries fear, that tears apart,
Some can accept the trials each day,
While others pray for another way.

Rest now , sweet dreams dear Fee,
We hope that you rest quiet comfy,
Know that we hold you in our heart and soul,
Listen to the Dr. do as you’re told.

We’ll look forward to being on the den,
When you’ll share your words again,
Relax although it’s easy for me to say,
Tomorrow is the start of a brand new day.
