Black, filmy,
Seductive,
And dripping in lace,
It hung on the rack
Whispering "Come hither"
To the passersby,
But because it flaunted
No plunging neckline
Nor thigh high split
In its elegant skirt,
It remained overlooked
Until I took note
Of its body skimming cut
And its see through panels
That would hint at the treasure
Beneath.
It's a bit small for me yet
But I've time before
I am due
To make my entrance,
Time to lose a few pounds
And ready myself
For our first night
Of passion and discovery.
Such incentive,
To imagine the look on his face
When I at long last emerge
From the safety of my dreams.
Good luck on reaching your goal! But my feeling is this: if a man can't accept your voluptuousness, he can't accept you at all. Okay? Dieting for health is one thing; for attention, to feel needed, another thing entirely. Sorry, can't help how I feel: tired of having to conform to society's image of "normal." What IS normal, anyway??? Still, an excellent write.
