This is certainly a heart breaker and what could be sadder than a child who feels abandoned despite the fact that she is loved and obviously a situation has been taken out of a devoted grandmother's hands. This makes me ache and want to reach out to everyone the loneliness has touched.

So beautiful, Belle. Especially so given the total soul-sacrificing and 100% unconditional love which frames this sentiment. Heartbreaking when, giving all WE can, it is just not the same as having the pain erased by the person(s) who caused it in the first place, sadly usually impossible. But perhaps a day will come when finally our all CAN be enough... in any event, without it who knows how far, how deep the Precious One might fall. I feel this, Belle. So many of us are still that little girl locked up inside who has never been able to move on... But YOU would certainly know how to do the best thing to help. Sometimes, holding and being held is all we can do... taking away the shockwaves from the ever-present point of pain. Bless you, Darlin. Your heart is just SO big and your soul so loving. Kate xx
