Gossamer web of your wondrous words
woven so tightly around my soul
I cannot think of love without
the intimate inference of your name

Beloved Of My Heart, Penman Of Dreams

You soothe the innocent hurting child
and enflame the wanton vixen in me
with only a reflection of your poetic soul
and sweep of your magic gilded pen

Your words move me beyond mere words

Beloved Poet, whisperer of unspeakable
mysitc rites of love.... you are an artesian well
of passion's bubbling pleasures
Worshiper of beauty, spoiler of innocence
and chivalrous protector of both

Unfathomable enigma of contradictions
Coaxing me to wade with you into unknown,
and yet well known, depths of two hearts
bound forever with silver chains fashioned
of tenacious lexis jeweled links of longing

We live in reverie and love in surreal dreams

Removed from burdensome realities that
hold us earthbound in lonely silence
We sing out our cries like birds carried
on the breast of a gentle wind that blows
to destinations ancient, exotic, erotic
Where eagles envy our love and timid deer
eat unafraid from our outstretched hands
