deep enough to love...more than one
warm enough to light flames of desire
and fanciful enough to easily inspire
vertical dances in enchanted moonlight
and horizontal dances in candle-glow
some hearts are tender, softly romantic
able to resurrect reveries of youth
when love was new and desire untried
but intense enough to ignite blazing fires
on hearths where roofs are snow covered
some souls are old
they drifted in barges on ancient rivers
and bathed in blue pools of lotus blossoms
a thousand hellos and as many goodbyes
lie folded in their sea-chests of memory
where lovers’ magic kisses live on eternally
the ocean incessantly calls to them
a siren they have no strength to resist
and the mountains whisper their names
on fragrant breath of juniper and pine
they find their strength in woodlands
and love in each heart they embrace
for some hearts are large
they know the potent power of dreams
the insignificance of measured distance
the beauty of love for love’s sake alone
their art is joy and unfeigned compassion
from brushstrokes of laughter and tears

keep the soul 4ever young, else if negleted it will neglete you when needed as it is the only thing to join you on ones death bed, everything else will forsake you at that moment....
This reminds me of snow and magenta colored hoop skirted velvet and the curls sparkling with snow...oh how romantic. The whole picture is one of centuries old but, somehow, transended to today. Hearts are old and hearts arew versatile. They give although scarred and they continue to love. It's the most amazing emotion of life...is love and the heart!

The hearts, one and all, answer to a call they cannot resist . . . When the soul become old, sometimes the hearts are still large . . . I like the idea here . . . Mainly because it is the truff' . . .
