in another time on another shore
we walked and talked together
and when evening came in your arms I’d lie
while we drank our fill of love
do you yet recall on gold autumn day
how you held my hand and kissed me
and do memories move deep within your heart
when you taste my kiss of love?
when the warm wind blows soft across you face
do you think of how I touched you
gentle fingertips pressed to longing lips
can you taste my kiss of love?
when the twilight falls do you think of me
dressed in threads of silver moonlight
with my hair unbound and my skin afire
do you taste my kiss of love?
and when midnight stretches like a cloak
upon the sacred dreams you harbor
do you dream of me and my face you see
where we shared a kiss of love?
the days grew long , nights have come and gone
on the rushing wings of time
but I remember you and affection true
and I still taste your kiss of love
Oh my goodness, Belle... you have me swooning here. The combination of your transcendent sentiments expressed with such beauty, grace and longing, together with the music impacts my heart and soul. This, for me, has such immediacy... I have just heard Nils Lofgren speak about the song In Your Eyes by Peter Grabriel as being one of the most passionate rock songs ever written, and I have lived within only a few miles of his house... and Sting's song here is the same: in fact, I have probably driven past those fields on the Marlborough Downs where he lives, too. What I'm saying too long and badly is that I FEEL THIS DEEPLY! A cosmic, universal moment for me, framed and mounted on the walls of your heart for all to admire and participate in. Love ya, Darlin. This one's sublime xx

I wrote this novel several years ago, I self published and never had it to sell. I have decided to rewrite it and hope to get it published within a few months for people to be able to buy. I had a few copies and gave them to a few family members and
