dwelling in effortlessness of what simply is
and it just is without alteration or duress
having become a component of who we have been
who we are and all we might aspire to become
this sincere, mutual admiration, deepest affection
is it love? surely it must be, verdantly germinated
in dark furrows of our souls, blooming in sunlight
of unpretentious warmth, embracing us, forever
