Girl, even a punching bag needs a break and a re-inflate every now and again. If there's a library nearby, go there to the AV section (books on tape) and see if they have anything from Les Brown. That will help keep you inflated (in a good way, not like your air head customers and possibly others you encounter at work or anywhere else.)

Working in the public gives us more lessons in life then we might have had. In my recent situation I had to learn its okay to be mad, you just have to learn how to use the anger for the higher results. Who knows? Maybe this will help a few to learn to be kinder to those who serve in the public.
