We are under the gun for bad storms from late tonight through Friday night. It was seventeen years ago, this date, when downtown Fort Worth (just 12 miles north) was hit by a tornado.

You are in my thoughts Karla. I live in northern Illinois and we have been threathened with flash floods and lot of violent storms lately. Thank God no tornados yet. Stay safe friend.
As Dawn and Mr.Ed said, girls. Hold tight to God's unchanging hand. Remember Jonah in the whale when he thought he'd never come over. He came out a changed man. When you face your fears with Christ, keeping your eyes on Him, everything dims in the light of His Love.

I know how it feels, in 87 one nearly touched down on Dyess, Abilene, the funnel went back up then wiped out a city just across the way..

How awful having worry like that looming over you! The elements can either be our best friend or worst enemy, even terrifying. Of course you shall be remembered!! If the birds of the air are looked after by God, then so are we. Even in ways we aren't aware of. Hang in there and keep up courage.

I am agreeing with the board below and pray that Jesus protects us from harm and that the storms calm down before they reach our area. That is all we can do.
