Poem Artwork

Thunder says a bad word
in the closer distance;
it wants to destroy the
world with its temper.  What

it fails to realize
is that after ev'ry
cloud, comes the sun - so the
spoil'd brat rants and raves, throws

a hissy fit - nothing's
going to change that fact.
Let it rain.  It's all part
of God's master design -

Darkness can't have its way.  :)

"All of God's master plan" The dark clouds give us thunder. The thunder gives us rain. The rain gives us a rainbow, and the rainbow gives us th sun. Your poem expresses the concept well.

Loved this write Karla
also love the sound of thunder
am I normal to make such a statement?
Thunder is not the distroyer
but the bolts of lightning that it's echoes sound
like thunder, are the true distroyers of the accompaning storm
something like that
Love & peace be with you

Here, Here, the Beatles, said it best "Here Comes, The Sun,...."

One bolt of lightning could power Texas if we only knew how to harness it. When it comes, we will harness the sun.

Inspiring write, indeed, Karla! Very well penned; love the comparison to the thunder acting like an ill-tempered person or a bratty child! Neat!
