Wild and woolly weather yesterday and last night - watches and warnings everywhere, but not here. Thank You, God. :)

Poem Artwork

The storms have passed us by
(for now), with little more than a
little rain and a lot of wind before
and after frontal passage.  Cool
and breezy out there now, the
sun is breaking through the deck
of cloud, moving away.  Your love
and concern got us through a
bumpy day and night - thank you
for your prayers.  Think He heard.

Oh yes, He heard, the problem is that sometimes when we call our prayers sound kind of funny to our Father, fears? doubts? our attention aren't focused on His attention...but, my little girl, He hears...all the time.

He always hears our prayers, unfortunately they are not always the answers we are hoping for...

He always hears. Glad you are safe and sound. Your photo strikes me as, faith renewed, what with the sun breaking through the dark clouds. Peace be always with you. Jon Michael Willey

Yes, he heard. But with the weather the way it has been in Texas, I think I would keep right on praying. Great write. Liz

So glad you have peace from the storm. Kind of like in life. This poem reminds me so much of the storms in life and the calms afterwards, Love Bonnie
