Poem Artwork

Try to live your life with class,
And life will always kick your ass.
Give someone freely a heart so true ,
And they will hand it back to you.

Doesn’t matter one year or ten,
You’ll most times get it back again.
A bit more battered, a bit more broken,
With simple words tenderly spoken.

“Here’s your heart,” said with a smile,
“I just needed it a little while.”

I’m not sorry for lessons learned,
Even though I have been burned.

This is not a sad, sad tale,
I won't cry, and I won't wail.
Because the next time, my dear,
My loving heart is for sail.

Which sail/sale spelling did you want... Smiling!
Everyline was heard clear
the sadness is in the air
Divorce tears you in two
but what more can you do
IT TAKES TWO
I'm with you in heart
it's time for a fRESH new START!
and next time
You will get all you deserve and more
cuz you will see it coming!

Just as I did after 19 years STrong, I thought!
Warm hugs and Warmer love, Warrior Lady Sheeooxoo

STay Positive! and SAFE, setting SAIL!

Your heart weighs heavy, but in time it will be free again. Some things just take a bit more time to heal, be patient...

Be safe,
Karen

This is a poignant write. Sometimes we feel a bit battered--not by life itself--but by the people who come into and go from our lives.

Well I like to think we have to go through ups and downs in life so we may learn from them, I have. Thank you for sharing Walt.

The circle of live is like stone circles in water
It starts in a small blob when it hit the water
It grows bigger and bigger till it stops
It starts off with a tiny little one then expands into nothing, sweet nothing!!
Dreams are like circles in water it goes round and about, round and about.
No one can deny it, there will always be crying
Cause dreams are ten a penny...they do come cheap...till you shout out and cry for something touchable...like your sailing bout that gives you freedom in the wind!!

Salty Walty enjoy the wind and fresh air...uhuh...will be missing you!!

Love Tinka

Sometimes that kick in the "a" is what we need to get us off the dime. I speak from experience. It mattered not what I gave because it was with love. Yet, in the end, I knew it was all one-sided and time to move on. My sail took we to a wonderful new place, where true love was reciprocated. I trust that your sailing will place you into a wonderful love-filled harbor.

God bless you. Kathy

No one ever gets the true value from a heart. The more scarred ir is the harder it is to sell. Mine is priceless so there's no price tag there.
Thought you went sailing this weekend.

A sad write, Walt, even though you say it isn't so. It is, because marriage vows mean nothing anymore...painfully expressed.
