I found my self a new place to stay,
I now ride my bike again every day.
Tired but not depressed when I get back,
“Bout all is want is the shower and the sack.
Mileage is increasing each time,
My life again is almost mine.
Almost back to where I was before.
Before my world was turned inside out,
And for some months all I did was pout.
Still not over the legal crap,
But I’ll no longer allow it my face to slap.
Finally a solid routine is emerging,
The pain of the past has started purging.
Looks like a nice new place, and I ride the bike too (not everyday yet) Look out though, I read they say biking is bad for the "prostate" but so is coffee, seltzer water, etc, etc (and aging!)

I don't know you long enough to know exactly what's going on, but I have an idea. With that it mind: been there - done that! The pouting only makes you trip over your own lip and a good hard workout is what gets the juices going to flood all that negativity out of your body (and soul). Just make sure to always pack an extra tube and a CO2 cartrige :-)
... Like a good hairwash, Walt. I am at my happiest when life is all upside-down and chaotic, actually. I like the sense of impermanence. But turning over a new page when one is necessary is kinda different, I guess. Doubtless you'll have your own space just the way YOU like it very soon! My best wishes for that place to call Your Own. That's a wonderful thing. Getting our own lives back before the end of this year would be nice. Took my first long walk to the doc's office about .8 of a mile which was not far but people don't seem to respect the sidewalk clear off law around here. The businesses where worse then the residential houses. But it was good to just do it anyhow. Keep the good work up. Lady J
