I have the Bible the one so dear,
And when I read it they all come near.
You remind of when I was a child. The beauty of our family coming together, hearing His word, and learning to love with all our heart. This is a beautiful poem and song of praise.
Walt, of all of the items I might possibly have from my parents. I asked for but one. The family bible my mother has kept through nearing four generatios. I now have it. Though my mother is still with me at age 91. Nothing else do I desire from my folks. Within is God, the way to salvation and eternal life.
