Killing as an industry, collution in the highest circles!

Poem Artwork

What hope!
Three hundred thousand,
Lives lost,
Babies at best,
Just barely in this world,

Oh yes, the general for this slaughter,
Ah yes, he is alive and well,
Having breakfast just now,
Can’t disturb him,

Oh no, he’s well, no he’s not disturbed,
Ah well, maybe,
Why such fuss, he asks his other gods
They don’t vote,

Send the red tunics, blood red on ice,
Who would realize,
It’s all lies,
They’ll be dead, before they’re wise,

Keep them snooping photographers,
Way of the ice,
So we can tell more lies,
We don’t wants no surprise,

We’ll send the senate and DFO,
To tell them all the so and so,
On our national TV show,
Tell them what they needs to know

In the meantime, kills them little seals,
Who cares if any of them squeals?
Who cares, how thems bleeding hearts feels,
I’m tired of all thems petitions and appeals.

Thank you for this write. Outraged. Heartfelt. An issue that makes me so very sad.

This atrocity, akin to the Holocaust and abortion - killing for WHAT? G r e e d! P o w e r!! Will it ever stop?

Petitions and appeals ... maybe someday, somehow it will end. We have to keep trying to make an impact.

God bless you. Kathy

I'm tired of it ,but imagine how much worse it would be if we didn't sign those petitions and didn't protest. I've been signing them for as long as they've been around and can only weep that they haven't put a stop to it.But I'll still pray and continue to hope!
Thanks Jasmin, for your compassionate heart!

Boy, can I feel your suffering and agony and rightfully so. Greed and callousness has reached its limit. We are a country and a world that no longer respects and honors life and so it has spilled over into the animal kingdom as well. Politicians certainly do not listen, of course that is, unless you talk with a briefcase full of money. I am so sorry this continues to happen, but unfortunately am powerless to make it stop.....

Be always safe,
Karen

Who, pray tell, in this day and age, would wear the skins/furs of such beautiful creature?? There has to be a 'demand' to cause the 'supply' killings. Evil...Evil...lives on. A passionate poem for life you give us, Jasmin-Horst!

This March Madness goes on and on and on, year after bloody year, despite thousands of petitions, despite boycotts of Canadian sea food, despite many sickening news reports and documentarys. I think those that kill so easily, and so routinely these days, must be immune to it all, and perhaps, have already lost their souls.

In a world where millions are starving to death we can stop those skin merchants and pet-food "industry" slaughtering?
Did anyone yet figure that that Antichrist have a name? and that name is Mammon? That it are slowly strangling the life of everybody until we hear, see and feel the Apocalypses Four Riders?
And, when there are no more animals to kill which nation we will take off? after all we can stop killing...don't we?
