loved, until...

loved, until…
 
hope flourishes
and verse blossoms,
anew and fragrant
 
loved, until
dreams paint the days
in breathtaking, vibrant hues…
 
 
and whilst clinging to these,
my fingers tinged
with shades of you
 
convinced that eventuality
has no hold… I exhale
 
 
and then lose you
