The ebbing and flowing of the ocean and how it connects to us.

"Ebbing and Flowing" by Amber Moonstone 9/25/06 Where the waves wash along the shore, the sand is changed forever more. The waves are energy in motion, forcefully extending the ocean. Always ebbing and flowing, like the tides of our growing. We are like those waves in motion, forcefully changing with emotion. As our emotions ebb and flow, this is when we truly grow. Connecting with the ocean's charm, We shall never come to harm. For if you forget to ebb and flow, then you surely stop to grow! Author's Notes: Finding contentment and tranquillity with the ebb and flow of the ocean, can bring you to such growth. As a lifetime residence of Nova Scotia, and being surrounded by water and the mighty Atlantic Ocean has been my playground since the time I was a child...this write hits so close to home and the reality of life.

I have used ebb and flow in much of
my poetry. It does apply as you say
