"Where The Wind Bathes My Soul"

Have you ever had a wind bath?
It is the most invigorating experience.
You must be open to its immense power.

During the summer months,
When you are at the shore,
and that wind is blowing across the ocean,
just stand in its path,
let the wind transform you to new heights
of awareness, sensitivity and pleasure.

The warm salty wind,
will arouse your inner most senses,
it will seep into your nose, your throat,
then into your soul.

Filling you with tremendous,
healing energy.

It fills you with soothing ocean breezes,
that warms with the most peaceful,
tranquil energy flow.

During the winter months,
a wind bath at the shore,
is as refreshing as a blast
of cold oxygen.
It practically takes your breath away,
but leaves you with a cleansing sensation
that fills your throat and lungs with the air's
positive energy flow.

The winter winds on the ocean
are a very special time for me.

I often go to the shore during this time,
to be rejuvenated and energized to
have a winter ocean wind bath.
