I love this meditation, Amber, and I also very much like the comment you drew from your thoughts on Rumi on Jude's page today. Love is an irresistible force that permanently seeks us out: we are sourced in it and are constantly resourced by it. Love, I believe is the power behind the creative force in the universe, forever inspiring, growing and moving us on. It is a continuous cycle of giving and taking that is its own overwhelming and mysterious energy. That's what causes us to seek to engage. Even those who are "emotional islands" are, in truth, archipelagoes! :)) Warm thoughts do, indeed, transfer cosmic energy. Makes me think of the powerful action of intercessory prayer: the mind of God seeking out a heart who will pray His loving thoughts and will into the life of someone else. As always, there is healing in your well-expressed thoughts and words. Bless you, Kate xx

you know, it's funny. go read my comment on jude's latest poem where i talk about seeking. i touched upon this very same theme earlier today. your words are always soothing, like a warm bath. my head is cracking open tonight, migraine i think, and it's hard to even see straight. enjoy the week.
