Seeing Is Believing

Sunshine radiates
clarity shines within,
as the day unfolds.

Cloudy shore
becomes clear
and the fog disappears.

Seeking refuge on the deck,
as I watch the seagulls in flight,
my mind drifts toward you.

Is he asleep,
or awake, having coffee,
thinking of me?

Am I ever on his mind?
As he is on mine?
When will this madness stop?

I shift my eyes toward the ocean,
and see the healing energy
lift from the rolling waves.

I absorb this energy into my being,
willing for the desolation to leave,
hoping for some answers.

The Universe speaks to me,
"You are not alone, lift up your heart
feel the power of the Universe,

know that you have the answers,
that you have the power to attract
anything your heart desires".

I open my eyes and know
that one day he will come to me,
until that day, I shall remain patient.

Patience is a virtue,
knowing that seeing is believing,
finding strength in the power of my true spirit.
