Soothing Colors of My Mind

by Amber "V" Moonstone
1/7/13

Bursts of color fill the horizon,
whisps of clouds permeate each tone,
sending happiness throughout my body
tendrils of color spilling out of each cloud.

Peering at the sunset,
feeling awe inspired
as if the radiant sun's rays
were coloring a picture for me.

Stopping dead in my tracks,
to view such a beautiful skyfilled evening,
took my breath away
and sent magical energy down to my toes.

Mother Nature has a way of doing this to me,
filling me with her wonder and beauty,
reminding me that I am not alone in this world,
and embracing me with her universal wisdom.

I feel energized and filled with hope,
emotional stability returns,
a skip to my walk,
and an up beat tempo to my brain.

How can viewing such a sunset
have such an affect on me,
as to propell me into another galazy
where each colorful cloud embraces my soul.

Windy breaths, whisper in my ear,
"You are safe, wise, and full of joy
spread your energy among the clouds
where humans dare to travel."

I felt as if an angel were whispering
these words of encouragement
knowing how lost I have been lately,
and somehow enabling me to find my way back once more.

"Emotional stability returns" I feel this way too when I'm at the seaside or when I look at my special tree in the morning, standing tall and proud. I like the idea of a "skyfilled evening".

we never go farther than our outer limits allow, and only then do we find an inner solace that somehow only a sunset the way you perceive that enlightening image can illuminate so as to shine the light on our renewal, as this glimpse of resonant worth reeals...

Nice touch, tender and reverent

Both sunsets and sunrises can be truly inspiring, if we only take the time to enjoy them.

Hi Amber,

This was so refreshing to read. It answers the question of how a person can suddenly be happy for no reason at all. But the reason is revealed in the colors of your soul that nature reflects back to you. Thank you for this, Amber. :)

In Spirit,
Bear

Universe was calling you Amber, but I do believe
you know this and they touch us and energize
knowing when we need it. Universe knows what you
need and it provided it for you at exactly the
right moment and exactly the right time :)

This an opening of your heart and thoughts, Amber, using your gift of observing the elements to make point after finite point. Sorry to hear that you have been lost in the recent past, but overjoyed that you have found your true self again by your goodness and the ability to write what you feel. Great job!
