It's been so cold here in Connecticut, I have been hibernating! I was inspired to write this poem by our own Lily of Lough Neagh!

 Angel Dreams
by Amber "V" Moonstone

2/4/13

An Angel Dreams,
Misty clouds,
fuzzy vision,
hibernation.

As an Angel dreams
she walks among the lightness,
savoring each moment
of her hibernation.

While an Angel dreams,
caterpillars become butterflies,
and time becomes still,
in her hibernation.

In  Angel dreams,
there is joy and love,
warmth and adoration,
even in hibernation.

Awaken Angel dreams,
time is now,
to get up and walk
among the living!

No More Hibernation!

Love how your picture bears out the gossamer effect of that hibernation's metamorphosis and energy for change, Amber. A butterfly's transformation is truly mysterious and miraculous and the funny thing is that I saw this shape in the clouds in the sky recently and made a mental note of it as it was so sprite-like: think you have been visiting me here in Wareham and Lyme in Dorset UK, let alone Connecticut! I look forward to more of your springtime vibrancy soon. xx

I have to hibernate during the winter. And I think it's okay if you do too. It's a time for introspection and regenerating our muse.

However, whenever you're ready to come out, I'd like to join you on a naked run on the beach you've pictured.

what a delightful write, shows us that hibernation is not as inactive as we are taught it in, it is a time when revelations come to life

And I know Carol will like this as much as I have. A hibernation can nix the spirit and freeze the brain cells in place. Each verse of this enlightening poem, Amber, gives us thought and the will to rise above the fray and walk boldly through that door, and . . . oops! . . . Watch that ice slick . . . Heh.Heh
