Beautiful write...nothing better than a hug...it always makes things better, if your sad it makes you smile, if you tired if revives your spirit, if we are lonely it gives us comfort. Nobody could've said it better than you CJ...great write, it reminds me of my students...one of the joys of six year olds, they love to give hugs and not just to be giving them but from their hearts, it seems that they can sense when your in need of a hug, just like my granddaughter Jozie, she always gives a hug at just the right time.

Preschoolers get enough hugs, it's us old uns that need some as well.

Hugs are one of the very bestest free gifts we can give along with smiles. Hugs are life-changing. Here, in Portugal, I am affectionately known as "Joseph of the hugs". I can think of no better way to be remembered.
CJ, it never ceases to amaze me how you can target your audiences by age group so well. Each changes in depth of thought and language according to those you are writing. It's really quite a talent, you know.
