This GREAT Swinging Jazz Tune and piano solo just gets you UP & Going! That was the idea. JAZZ music IS the solace to the broken heart of a jazz player. IT's what you play to STAY UP. And this latin tinged piece gets THERE with fun and style!
THIS IS ON MY NEW CD: IN MEMORY ONLY, due out this August, as soon as mixing and mastering are done. Though it was my 2005 CD never published, I have also added some new music to it from 2008
AND this CD is PURE JAZZ trios and group pieces up front then a few songs and piano mixed in and it even ends with a nice atmospheric New Age composition. But it mostly up Jazz and I like it even more than August Ocean Overture.
This is definitely "not" a shuffle, but an uptempo groove and I was on for sure back in that session. I didn't waste my money!

ENJOY this JAZZ solo and everytime I hear it I believe in my dream. Success for me will be the day, that Pat Metheny hears this tune and I know he'll love it. He'll want to play guitar on it.
It's gonna happen someday, I can feel it.
On that day I won't care what anybody else thinks! That's how I measure success (though I may not be able to spell it!)
