A wonderful and dignified piece of work. My own nother has Ovarian Cancer and this brings to mind the dignity and pride fostered by looming death. I really enjoyed this~

Don't worry, when you fall you will be helped up. I have type 2 Dibetes,not the the worst thing someone can have,but I somewhat know what it feels like to have something that can alter a lifestyle. Went through it with Hubby Tom Aug 17, from smoking cigarettes and too many over the years. Know just what you are explaining here. He died with dignity and peacefully though but I have a hard time with grief. Maybe you could write something on grief cause you write so beautifully.

As one who lives with illness/disability, I could easily identify with this. At times it may think it has me, but it doesn't, no, not really. I have to fight to get through every day; it's not easy, but I am stronger, much stronger than my disabilities/health problems!
