Election Day Dance
Well my friends here it is, finally its Election Day.
And soon all those negative ads will soon go away.
Going into the booth, we hold our country in our hands.
Hopefully the choice we make will heal and make us grand.
Now when it is over, we must again come together in strength.
Even if it’s not the one we chose, we must pray for him at length.
This country has always been the greatest because we all unite.
United States wasn’t a name picked out of a hat, it was valid and right.
So United we stand divided we fall, keep that always in mind.
And piece by piece this beautiful country will once again be fine.
Pray for our leaders no matter who they are; give this new man a chance.
And this country will soon be rocking, like a Rock n’ Roll dance.
Now we dig in and work harder to do exactly what our leaders ask.
It may not be easy, it may be painful, and seem like an impossible task.
But since this great country was born and the Independence began.
We’ve been the very best there ever was, the greatest in all the land.

The oldster isn't perfect, but in my opinion, he is a trustworthy man who loves our country --and he values the lives of pre-born babies. There are many other reasons I will vote for him, too.
I'm trusting God to do what's best, but if the youngster wins, I will see it as God judging America. God knows, we deserve judging, but I pray for His mercy and another chance to turn back to Him. Anyone who reads this and cannot understand where I am coming from, you know where to find me.
And yes, Bonnie, I will do my best to honor and respect the new President and will pray for him, whoever wins. God bless America!
