To get into God’s stride
You’ve got to first get in the race.
So you’ve made a decision to serve Him.
Now He’s stepped up your pace.
You’re struggling to walk right.
And now you’re wondering, what will you do?
Well, did you forget?
The Holy Spirit is there to help, you!
He’s taken you through the Ten Commandments.
You’re thinking, what’s the catch?
He said, “Now you have to obey them.”
You said, “What’s up with that?”
Well, you have to walk in the Spirit
Both day and night.
You have to really study the Word
If you want to live right.
He laid the foundation for you
When he created the world.
Then He gave you His son Jesus
And to all the boys and girls.
Yes, God will take you there.
Your destiny is holiness.
Now pull yourself together
And enter into His rest!
Grace, faith and trust.
Repentance, conversion and sanctification.
He gave you all you need to keep in step.
His Holy Word by inspiration.
It is very difficult to get into God’s stride.
You will find that He has out ran you before you ever take a step.
When you’re learning to walk with God, you really have to get into it.
Because, the only character that will manifest is Jesus Christ Himself.
Go on and try it…get into God’s stride!
