Something pledged – has
the force, like a cavalry’s
artillery...

License/commission
First it’s issued, make
a search – then comes
the arrest...

Warrant/measures
It’s emphasized,
backed-up with
guarantees...

Protector/defender
The watchman will
cometh, has evolved
via notion...

Written/assurance
Adequate grounds –
never assume – ass,
‘u’ and me...
