if bad seeds want
to harm you
they will plant
in your garden
they will if they wish
for you cannot stop
these wild seeds from
falling into your soil
drawn to your newness
ripe and ready to permeate
your caution may slow
the growth process
but it cannot rid
what remains in
the disease ridden roses
left behind
even after decay sets in
deep in the dark soil
you are now fertilized
in the garden of life
If we take caution, "be careful," as a mother would say, worry, look behind you....all based on the bad beings that somehow found us some time before...and then we never let our guard down for another to see inside, then what's the point of planting roses in this garden of life?
