Hooray!!!

Ahhh!!!... September
National Senior Center Month.
The one month the nation gives pause
to pay tribute to senior citizens. 
As one 'tis a cause for celebration.
After all, it has taken me a long time to age.
But then, I have patience.
Many communities have a senior center,
a facility where older citizens can congregate
to fulfil many social, physical, emotional and intellectual needs.
A place to meet, greet, smile, laugh, move, think, join, share, create, mingle, have conversations about lifespan challenges,
support our ability to be physically and mentally fit,
enjoy a sense of purpose, create meaningful friendships
and continually learn to age.
If you are young at heart and slightly older in other places
may I suggest you attend a Senior Center near you.
I like to go to chase women but can't remember why.
