As I look out upon this radiant day, I affirm the unity of my body, mind, and spirit with the Creative Force of the Universe. I acknowledge this loving presence as the core of my being. I know that at any time I can turn within to gain strength from the Life, Mind and Power of the energy which has created me.  As I do this, I know that all my needs and right desires are met in perfect Divine Order.  

I affirm that with each breath I take, I draw in the harmonizing strength of the energy that vibrates across all Creation. And, with each exhalation, I consciously expel all negative thoughts that would interfere with my experience of the fullness of life. At this time, I open myself to right thoughts, words, and actions that align my experience of Life with the most harmonious manifestations. 

I affirm that all persons involved in my healthcare, legal affairs, and personal and professional living, are acting for the highest good of all involved. I see them driven by the most honorable of motivations as they open their hearts and minds to Universal right actions. 

Riding the beam of Divine Light and Love, I affirm the peace of my inner and outer being and see myself fully expressing the fullness of Life today and always.
