Since establishing my Creative Coversatin’ Interview Series on this site back in 2005, I’ve had the tremendous pleasure of interviewing such brilliant souls as former ESSENCE Magazine poetry editor Angela Kinamore, concert poet Toussaint St. Negritude, Daughters of Destiny founder Miriam K. Center, and the multi-talented Artist Pleasant . However, for the latest issue of Poetry Life and Times the interview tables were turned and fellow den member Randall Barfield interviewed me.
The result is a very interesting exchange between two natives of Georgia (U.S.A.), one of us currently home-based and the other plying his linguistic virtuosity in the wide world of Latin America. Both interviewer and interviewee were also allowed the privilege including several poems in the issue.
Ironically enough, the host for our Creative Conversatin’ is based in Britain.
Far beyond my gratitude to editors Robin Ouzman Hislop and Amparo Arrospide for publishing the interview, one has to acknowledge a debt to Poetry Life and Times in general for continuously injecting substance, vitality, and relevance into the culture of modern poetry by consistently featuring the works of poets from all over the world. In this particular case, the new issue also features poetry and/or art by: featured poets Richard Vallance, David Turner, Katherine L. Gordon, and Christopher Major; and resident poets Hislop, Sara L. Russell, Michael Burch, and Helga Ross.

A diving into the ocean of Master Aberjhani’s literary, social life and artistic flux; getting acquainted with the temperature of its depth, while observing the keys of the questions and the flowing of the answers.
