L-M Owens is in search of a much needed Literary agent. Self promoting is HARD work. Between maintaing a home & family, writing, reviewing and editing other's works, and trying to enjoy life, I am thoroughly exausted. I am running out of ideas as well as energy in the promotions department. I have been at this for over a year and a half and am tired of running into brick walls with businesses that wont deal with the author. It is time! I need an agent. I have no idea how or where to find a reputable agent. I am asking you for help. I looked on line but how does one know who is and who is not reputable? I made that mistake with a publisher and do not intend to repeat it with an agent! I am seeking someone from the Boston or Plymouth area of Massachusetts, that will work one on one with me as well as independently. Someone with experience dealing with distributors,retailers and the media etc.
