Saturday the 9th I made a trip into the city. I have been away from the city for many years. We met up with my daughter and her daughter for dinner in the village. I can't remember ever having such a great time as that evening.
While we sat around the table, someone I can't remember who asked, "would I like to be immortal?" Which I replied, "I am already imortal through my children and theirs.
Having family that if need be I would kill for, I want to give them the world, protect them from all the ills and horrors of the world but I can't which takes us back to square one, I am still only mortal. So stay as a family, love as a family for when the chips are down, that is really all you have. Yes there will be times when the fur will fly, but that is only a normal and family thing that should not be taken to the brink of long standing hatred that tears a family apart.
