Motivation, lack of!

Boy, am I ever having a problem getting myself motivated. Seems I have too much on my mind. It's in a spiral. Meditation would do it, but I don't think I can shut off my mind long enough to get into it.
Who knows, maybe tonight at 3 a.m. I'll be writing again.
